reorder output handling, resolves #137

  • NEPHTHYS_TMPL will return results to the caller function
    instead of printing them directly.
  • NEPHTHYS init() is the only function outside NEPHTHYS_RPC
    which will invoking print() to output the initial
    template content of index.tpl
